Super pleased with the combo discount I used. Was only in America for a couple of weeks and this is something I had been wanting to buy for years! I ordered 4-72hr kits and they came incomplete. Very disappointed. Previous purchases had the water packets and the order summary states food and water. Trying to return product since this is my 2nd review for the same purchase with no reply. They just keep sending me link to tell about my purchase. Again, disappointed.

Being my 4th purchase I am really disappointed that the 4 72hr kits did not come with water packets. The others I bought did. I got a box of food. I will hesitate buying from wise in the future. Other companies just send food, I preferred wise because it had water packets. But now i will hesitate and shop around.

I actually bought the 72 hour, 1 month, and 3 month supply all at once. I tested the 72 hour and found it was basically over priced oatmeal, off brand mac n cheese, and off brand more rice packets.
Not only was I disappointed, I didn't get my 10% off my order for signing up for their spam, and request request for refund has been ignored.
Seriously unfortunate given the price product of the product. I highly suggest, preserving your own food.
