I can't share anything about the content of the buckets because i have yet to try the contents. I will say the price was decent with the sale and the buckets arrived as early as expected. The packing could have been done better as there were three buckets in a four bucket box with no packing material and the three could slide around Willy Nilly which they did and broke the tape in the box. The box was completely open when it was placed in my porch but the buckets were in tact and unharmed.

Easy to make and tasted like real eggs. Is uniform yellow color as real eggs are a mix of white and yellow and a wire whisk works better than a spoon, but overall very good when compared to real eggs.

Eggs are a great protein source. A good thing to have more of in my food pantry. I’ve eaten Readywise food and it’s good tasting and stores well for those rainy days. It’s expensive but worthwhile for our food security at home. I’ll buy more a bit at a time.

Due to the supposed egg shortage we have purchased these egg products seem to be reasonably priced and it wasn't filled with a bunch of extra fillers. I've not tried it yet but from what I've read other reviews they should be pretty tasty. Actually hoping that I never have to use them.

I actually haven't tried these powdered eggs yet but I appreciate that they are available in the event of an emergency or if there is ever a lack of supply. When one thinks about getting back to the land, the basics, how to crudly prepare them comes to mind. This product arrived so fast I can hardly beleive it, one of our bugout staples. We have the tent set up now on the lawn for the grandkids, quite an adventure in it's self. Hey it's water tight, easy to put up, sleeps ten, now all we need is a foot of snow. Cooking with cast iron over open coals takes time to learn, cornbread cooked in a cast iron skillet, just tastes better. My grandma cooked the best pancakes on a wood stove when I was a kid. Recomend Back Woods Home mag. for anything off grid.
