One month of food. Two buckets. One less thing to worry about.

When grocery trips aren’t an option, knowing what’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner matters. The ReadyWise 1 Month Emergency Food Supply gives you a practical starting point for preparedness, with familiar foods ranging from maple cereal and pancakes to cheesy macaroni, pasta, and hearty soup.

Both buckets together provide 62,540 total calories, enough for one person for 30 days at approximately 2,085 calories per day.

  • Variety throughout the day: Breakfasts, entrées, rice, banana chips, and drink mixes.

  • Built for long-term storage: Up to a 25-year shelf life under proper storage conditions.*

  • No refrigerator space needed: Store unopened food alongside your other emergency supplies.

  • Convenient packaging: Food comes in sealed, multi-serving pouches inside two buckets with carry handles.

Start your household’s food reserve or add another month of coverage to the supplies you already have.

*Shelf life depends on the individual product and storage conditions. Follow the shelf-life information on each package.

How Many People Will This Feed?

Plan your supply around the people who depend on it.

The “1 Month” designation applies to one person using both buckets together. Each bucket is part of the same month’s supply.

People Approximate Coverage From One Bundle
1 person 30 days
2 people 15 days
4 people 7½ days

These estimates allocate approximately 2,085 calories per person per day. Actual needs vary with age, activity level, and other factors.

How many bundles should I buy for a month?

At this calorie allowance, plan on one bundle per person for 30 days. A two-person household would need two bundles; a four-person household would need four.

Can I supplement it with other foods?

Yes. Add foods that match your household’s preferences and dietary needs to create a more personalized emergency pantry.

12 varieties. 41 pouches. 326 total servings.

Your two-bucket bundle contains:

Food or Drink Pouches Total Servings
Brown Sugar Maple Multi-Grain Cereal 5 30
Pancake Mix 3 30
Teriyaki Rice 3 18
Creamy Pasta & Vegetables 2 12
BBQ Beans 4 32
Cheesy Macaroni 4 24
Hearty Tortilla Soup 4 24
Pasta Alfredo 5 30
Instant White Rice 6 60
Dried Banana Chips 1 10
Whey Milk Alternative 2 24
Orange Drink Mix 2 32
Total 41 326

Does 326 servings mean 326 complete meals?

No. The serving count includes individual portions of breakfast foods, entrées, rice, fruit, and drinks. You can combine portions to build meals. Use the bundle’s total calories when planning how long it will feed your household.

Are the foods individually packaged?

Foods are sealed in multi-serving pouches, rather than individual meal packets. Servings per pouch vary by item.

Dietary

Does this bundle meet my dietary needs?

Review the ingredient and nutrition labels for each included food before purchasing. Milk, soy, and wheat are common allergens in ReadyWise products. Do not assume this assortment is gluten-free, dairy-free, or suitable for a specific food allergy.

Is Whey Milk Alternative dairy-free?

No. Whey is derived from milk, so “milk alternative” does not mean dairy-free.

Where can I get help with ingredients or nutrition?

For questions about a specific recipe, ingredient, or dietary restriction, contact ReadyWise at 800-393-2570 or corporate@readywise.com before ordering.

Keep the food, water, and cooking supplies together in your plan.

Preparation varies by recipe. Follow each pouch’s directions for water amounts, heating, and preparation time. Pancake mix requires cooking, so plan for appropriate cookware and a heat source.

How much water should I store?

Allow approximately 21 gallons of water to prepare the full bundle. Store additional water for drinking, cleaning, and other household needs.

Can I use it during a power outage?

Plan ahead for a way to heat water and cook without your usual appliances. Keep suitable cookware, utensils, and a cooking method appropriate for your emergency setup available, and follow the equipment’s safety instructions.

Do I need to prepare everything at once?

No. The food is divided into separate pouches, so you can select what you want to prepare. Follow the individual package’s directions for handling any opened or prepared food.

Build your reserve now. Keep it ready for later.

The bundle combines freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients in sealed Metallyte™ pouches, with an advertised shelf life of up to 25 years under proper storage conditions. Check individual packages for applicable shelf-life information.

Where should I keep the buckets?

Choose a cool, dry indoor location, such as a pantry, closet, or suitable basement. Protect your supply from heat, moisture, direct sunlight, and temperature swings.

Does the food need refrigeration?

Unopened food does not require refrigeration. Once a pouch is opened or food is prepared, follow its storage instructions.

Can I store it in my car or garage?

For long-term storage, choose a location with stable, cool temperatures. A vehicle or garage that gets hot is a less suitable choice.

Where should I store my food?

This depends upon where you live. These products are made of both freeze-dried and dehydrated components and are affected by temperature, moisture, oxygen and light. Optimal storage conditions for our foods are in cool, dry places. To ensure your emergency food supply stays safe, it's important to store food in a place that can withstand a natural disaster or any other emergency situation.

How much water will I need?

On average, each individual serving requires 1 cup of water. For a 1 month emergency food supply, plan for enough water to cover all the servings in your kit.

What allergens are contained in Wise products?

Milk, soy, and wheat (gluten) are the common allergens found in Wise products. For specific ingredients by product type please consult the nutritional labels. Emergency 1 Month Supply - 2 Bucket Bundle

Customer photo review of 1 Year Emergency Food Supply

I ordered TWO one-year supplies. Each order was SHORT by one bucket, as you can see in the photo. The salesman added a bucket of baked beans, which was nice. However, if you SELL 24 buckets, you should DELIVER 24 buckets. The salesman said he would have the two additional buckets sent out soon. I know people make mistakes but two buckets per box, 24 buckets = 12 boxes, not 11 boxes.

Mike was wonderful to work with. Order arrived in a timely fashion. Breakfast meals are excellent, have not tried the entree meals. More to follow.

1-Year Emergency Food Kit

I ordered for a camping trip and it was a very nice back up of food supplies. Warm oatmeal in the morning and a variety of other options for lunches and dinners. The drinks were good to add to water bottles and every one stayed well fed.

1 Month Emergency Food Supply

I made a large order including a variety of products. One of the buckets had popped open but I was able to reclose it after a bit of rearranging. So far we've only tried the Mac & Cheese. The servings were generous, and of good flavor. We made two plus meals from one package.
