We have enjoyed purchasing from ReadyWise however the last order experience was not as pleasant as the previous one. We ordered (12/2/24) and received (12/9/24) two 170 serving Emergency Food Apocalypse Buckets. However, upon inspecting one bucket we noticed powder spread throughout the bucket. As we carefully took out the various food packs, we found several packs that had been rather forcibly placed inside the bucket. As a result, one pack had ruptured thus the powder throughout the bucket. We sent an email with an explanation and pictures to customer service who replied that they would replace the damaged item. As of January 13th, 2025 we have not received a replacement. The second bucket was complete with no observed damage to the food packs, We are still happy with what we have but the experience could have been better.
