The Diced Chicken was GREAT. Exactly what I expected. I ordered a case of th #10 cans for storage.
The "Beef" looked like puppy chow kibble, and was hard to hydrate and eat. Glad I only ordered sample size packages instead of #10 cans.
Received in short time in good condition. Since it’s emergency food, I haven’t opened and currently have in storage. Prior orders, while not epicurean, was quite adequate for sustaining food. Hope I never have to use it!
We are very happy with the personal service we get from our distributor. We fee we have a quality products that we can rely on well into the future should we need for emergency or simply supplement our grocery bill if necessary if things get tight. Having these products gives us peace of mind!
I am getting my family ready for any emergency and ready wise have the best deals. Stephen is an awesome rep. I always share the deals with my family and friends. I even have the go bags for each of my family members. Thanks Ready Wise!!!
I love the freeze dried meat, even if it doesn’t reconstitute 100% it still tastes great! I have eaten the chicken, beef and pork and it’s all great. I may have it in case of emergency but it’s great when it tastes good. Years ago emergency food tasted like emergency food, now it’s so much better!
I buy to use for those quick meals, not to store for disaster. Fixed potato soup last night adding ground venison and less water to make it thicker. Twenty minutes we were enjoying a great meal without the work. I use Dave Kimble as my go to person for orders and questions. He always informs me of any current sale and great customer service making my purchases more personal. His contact is 801-383-1352 if you would like the extra touch or have questions.
Always a good experience with READYWISE. The food is competitively priced, always exactly as advertised, easy to prepare, and tastes great!
The Meats and Sauces kits are a great addition and help to bulk out the regular meals.
The once or twice there's been a problem, READYWISE made it right with no hesitation and no fooling around!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I've experienced the freeze dried thing and find it to be quite advantageous. It is neat and does not require refrigeration, increasing the home's food storage capacity. It is EASY to use, requiring few instructions and it is Delicious. It puts a greater variety in front of an elderly or handicapped person. It is plain wise/good.
Package arrived in time and in great shape
Mylar packages inside were in perfect condition. Used roasted beef added to marinara for spaghetti. It was delicious! Highly recommend!
Bought it for my emergency backup so I haven’t tried it yet. It looks like a good add for that. I just wish it would have come with more of the meat and skipped the rice.
Two orders of ten each..for a total of 240 pouches. ( large family )
216 pouches fit into 3 -5 gallon buckets with lids.
The math is easy: 240 servings feeds
4 people 60 times ( 2 months )
2 people 120 times ( 4 months )
3-10# bags of rice with packets of gravy filled the 4th of 5-5 gallon buckets.
The 5th bucket was filled to the rim with instant oatmeal packets..
There you go..300 servings of rice..300 of oatmeal..240 servings of meat with sauce...
Two months of breakfast, lunch and dinner..maybe 610 calories per day for 4 people for 60 days..in 5- 5 gallon buckets..makes me less fearful when I read national and international news..and I don't have to go shopping during ice storms and blizzards, risking an accident..could've used this two times earlier in life : once on a labor strike and then when I was off on injury..
You pay auto insurance but they don't refund your premiums if you have no claims...minimal cost for 60 days of insurance for a family of 4 that has a very very long shelf life...This supplements my powdered egg and milk and meat buckets. Guaranteed 1000 calories minimum per day. Minimal storage footprint ( floor of bedroom closet ) with mega shelf life.
So for about $1000 we get 1000 calories per day for 4 people for 60 days...$4.16/person/day.
P.S. gonna get more buckets and fill with coffee and oreos. Lol
The meat pack arrived on the same day as the other food packs I had purchased (54 servings/104 servings and a 15 serving soup pack). I haven't opened any of them because this is for emergencies, but the packaging was intact and they are all stored away in case the SHTF. Thank you for your discount purchases. It makes it so much easier to plan for emergencies even when on a budget!
Product came I didn’t open. It looks like it always does ready to go just add water or not. I haven’t read the instruction yet, but I put it in my storage bins for future use scenario just in case.
