Originally ordered from a Facebook ad for 2 sample buckets and an additional one for a promo price. Upon receipt of the product I only got 2 of the 3. Called in to customer support (Michele) and was told they would look into it at the warehouse and call back in 20 minutes. Almost 2 hours went by so I called back, by some Magic witchcraft got the same rep who at this point is annoyed and doesn’t hide it so after going back and fourth and her not having any rebuttal the call concluded. I then followed up with an email, then 3 days later the other bucket finally showed up. Still no response on my sent email so after finally getting my product I felt it was finally over and I can go back to just buying from MyPatriotSupply.com. Then about 3 business days after that I get a shop email saying there a delivery out for this order. Now confused I reference tracking numbers and this is indeed a new one. Upon arrival it included an additional sampler bucket and a Readywise water bottle with a built in filter. I was truly surprised that they as a company went out of their way to right the wrong. It was enough to bring what would have been a 1 star blasting review to taking the time to say even though there was a mishap, they tried to make it right and I respect that as that is something that is seemingly lost in this world (I worked in soul crushing service departments in dealerships for 11 years so ask me how I know that in general all they care about is their commission check and being nice is all for show). I can give 4 stars for how it was handled in the end. I don’t know whom it was there that made that decision, but whoever you are from someone that is a professional “firefighter” of emotionally charged people with expensive repair bills, well done 👏
