Great
Originally ordered from a Facebook ad for 2 sample buckets and an additional one for a promo price. Upon receipt of the product I only got 2 of the 3. Called in to customer support (Michele) and was told they would look into it at the warehouse and call back in 20 minutes. Almost 2 hours went by so I called back, by some Magic witchcraft got the same rep who at this point is annoyed and doesn’t hide it so after going back and fourth and her not having any rebuttal the call concluded. I then followed up with an email, then 3 days later the other bucket finally showed up. Still no response on my sent email so after finally getting my product I felt it was finally over and I can go back to just buying from MyPatriotSupply.com. Then about 3 business days after that I get a shop email saying there a delivery out for this order. Now confused I reference tracking numbers and this is indeed a new one. Upon arrival it included an additional sampler bucket and a Readywise water bottle with a built in filter. I was truly surprised that they as a company went out of their way to right the wrong. It was enough to bring what would have been a 1 star blasting review to taking the time to say even though there was a mishap, they tried to make it right and I respect that as that is something that is seemingly lost in this world (I worked in soul crushing service departments in dealerships for 11 years so ask me how I know that in general all they care about is their commission check and being nice is all for show). I can give 4 stars for how it was handled in the end. I don’t know whom it was there that made that decision, but whoever you are from someone that is a professional “firefighter” of emotionally charged people with expensive repair bills, well done 👏
Delivery was on time and the food will be used for emergencies.
Haven't opened it yet. But happy with the price.
Product is good. Shipping takes awhile to get it. Order was not complete, ordered 3 buckets received two buckets. When can I expect to receive the rest of my order. Ralph Engelhardt 4192153372

Perfect for long-term food storage.

Maybe if I can get my complete order in. It's been over a month and only received a partial shipment.

My order was for 3 buckets. I only received 2. I ask before when my third bucket would be sent and have not received a answer yet Thank you Ralph Engelhardt 4192153372
The boxes they come in are nice and sturdy with a good handle I stored them for later use.
It was added to my stock pile. It was the best deal I have seen from ready wise. And I really like the food you don't have to pour on the salt. Thanks
Love the quality of your food and the ease of getting it. It is also so easy to store.
Wonderfully packaged and helpful information of all meals inside!
The product I ordered was purchased and delivered promptly with all packaging intact and undamaged. This is a great company to meet your needs. Dale
I'm happy with the product. The only drawback is just how expensive everything is gotten
The tracking number never appear on Shop app,
as like others, I am saving it for emergency
Anytime there is a "bad event", I buy a little extra. Unfortunately I have a pretty good stockpile now. Honestly, I hope I never use any of it.
