Butter Preparation Instructions:
Open the can and discard the oxygen absorber.
Add to any recipe calling for butter. Use in sauces, soups, and mashed potatoes, and sprinkle on cooked vegetables, popcorn, or baked potatoes.
As a dry ingredient, increase the liquid by 3 tablespoons for every cup of butter powder.
Best to use as a dry ingredient but can be rehydrated by mixing 1 1/2 tablespoons of water with 1/2 cup butter powder to make a spreadable mixture that can be spread on waffles or pancakes. Mix with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder to make a delicious garlic spread.
