Bought these on sale. Took 9 days to arrive with no ship notice or delivery confirmation. Contacted customer service on a prior day and was told part of my order was out of stock and that a substitute product would be sent. Same evening my order arrived. Everything was in great condition and including the "out of stock" items. No further messages or contact was made regarding the matter. Ordered because the "staples" were a great price.
