When I opened the shipping box and took out the buckets, one of them was broken. I took pictures and sent them to Wise. They promptly apologized and asked if I wanted a replacement. A couple days later, they had the order replaced for me. I can not say anything bad about the customer service. I have not used any Wise food yet since it is all for long term storage. I still have about 12 years to go on the expiration date on my oldest supplies from Wise.

Ordered two one month kits on 3 Oct and received the shipment on the 16th. I had to call customer service and leave a message in order to find out where the order was in the process. I got a call back saying I'd get an email when it shipped. I never did. Other than the shipment status issues the product arrived undamaged containing the advertised meals.

I ordered two of the one-month supply rations. I was shorted one pouch of alfredo and several of the alfredo pouches were punctured (losing vacuum seal) and there was a dusting of white alfredo powder in the buckets. Very poor packaging techniques. The pasta noodles have sharp points and edges and a thicker pouch (5 or 7 mil) should be used. Replied to an email from Readywise asking if I had any comments or concerns and have not gotten a reply after three business days. Looks like I'll just stick to Mountain House.
