I messed up when ordering the buy 1 get 1 free. I should have called or gotten a code. When only 1 came I inquired and got no response then sent another explaining where I went wrong and asking if they would send the free 1. I got a high lighted copy of the ad showing that I should've called or texted. I already knew that I had made a mistake in ordering and stated so. I was simply asking if it could be fixed. I never did get another response telling if it could be rectified or not but one did come by mail. So.... thank you for making it right but I didn't need to be scolded or sent a copy of the ad highlighted where it said to call. I don't think I'm going to use this company anymore because the customer service falls short.

Always good to have freeze dried stores but at best this is a two week supply because of the caloric quantities. Will supply about 1,077 calories a day for one person. Packaged great, bucket is nice, but calories are lacking. If you stick to 2,000 calorie a day it will last a little more than seven days. Always use these as a supplement not only means for survival.
