The guide is fairly basic, but covers decent information for newbies. That said, a lot is advertisement for RW products.
The food items are OK, but have a lot of ingredients I'm not crazy about, and it's all pretty carb heavy (not good for those Type 1 or 2 people).
The ad bothered me, as I bought because I read it as a ONE DAY ONLY sale...yet it's still 'Exclusive' and the same price.
In the future, I'll not only read the ads more carefully, I'll be sure to read the ingredient list more carefully.

I ordered the 72 hour kit that were buy one get one there are only 2 of us in my household but it seems as though there is going to be more than enough per individual meal for both of us. This is great I may go ahead and order a couple more in the near future, gotta do some canned goods first. I have not eaten anything from these kits yet, but they do seem to be well worth the money you will spend. Due to the situations developing around the world I am preparing for the worst but hoping for the best, get your kits and stash them away so you too can be prepared.

Ordering process and delivery where great. I did try the Mac and cheese, I'm not a big fan. Mac and cheese in general has gone done hill over the years. This one is not the exception. It smelled good when the bag was opened, but after cooking per directions there was no flavor. The noodles were like mush. However in an emergency situation I would eat it happily.
