Whey Milk Alternative: (For one serving) Combine 2 tablespoons Whey Milk Alternative with 1/4 cup room temperature water. Stir to dissolve. Add 3/4 cup water and stir. (For full pouch) Combine contents of Whey Milk Alternative pouch with 3 cups room temperature water. Stir to dissolve. Add 9 cups water and stir. Chill if desired.
Instant White Rice: Stir 1 cup rice into 1 cup boiling water. Cover and let stand 12 minutes before serving.
Pancake Mix: Add 1 1/2 cus mi to 1 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons oil - mix. Add more water until desired consistency is reached. Pre-heat oiled skillet/griddle to 375°. Cook pancakes 1-1.5 minutes per side until golden brown.
