I purchased 4 of the
16 Serving Emergency Food Supply - Favorites Box. , Just to have when shtf. I like this particular package best because it has the 4 favorites. Some of the larger buckets have what I call filler items like orange drink and milk mix. The 25 year shelf life is the selling point for me. I also do my own canning and preserving from my garden. I encourage everyone to have a garden and avoid the gmo and bio engineered food at the grocery stores
I read a lot of reviews before I decided on READYWISE. For me its honestly about value. I wanted the most delicious calories per dollar. There was cheaper food, expensive$$$ food. There was food with claims about flavor and variety. But I went with READYWISE because of the reviews and a few taste tests I've seen on the webs. Then over a few years I bought a lot of buckets. Entrees, meat buckets, fruit and vegetable, eggs coffee, the basics. But we had not tried to eat any. So when I saw the 16 serving box I asked my gal if she wanted to try some of these entrees before the apocalypse or what? She agreed and I got this and the 32 serving hurricane kit. We just ate the entrees with our regular store bought veggies or salad I can tell you we liked the Creamy chicken vegetable pasta, and the Stroganoff was good. The tortilla soup is next on the menu. The four serving packs make a lot of food. I ate a lot for dinner and she had some leftover for lunch. So I'll definitely be buying more when I can afford to because I know if anything ever happens her 3 boys will be back and we'll be feeding them and their friends again by the bucket full.
I first heard about Readywise from Howie Carr on WRKO radio.
Readywise website was easy to navigate and choices were readily available.
Shipping packages were available on a 7 to 10 day platform.
Food choices were plentiful shelf life usually 25 years.
All food containers were equipped with a freshness packet.
I was impressed with the food quality and shelf life.
I mentioned that conveince played a major role in the my selection.
Came to me almost expired already. Most, If not all the soups and a few other food items, expire within the next year or two. NOT long term as advertised!
Won’t buy again.
I’ve bought many long term food items from them over the years.
I sent an email and haven’t received any response from the company. Disappointed.
Seriously thinking about not buying from this company again.
