This is ridiculous ! How can I rate the product when it’s not opened and in storage. All I can say it arrived quickly and that’s it. Most people order to use later not right a way.

Received the container in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Will not open the container until necessary (hopefully never) or until one year from expiration. The peace of mind knowing when others are scrambling to find food ours will be readily available.

I am surprised to see a pouch that measures 6" x 7.5" that has printing so small. On a couple of the pouches, the printing is not only small but also extremely light. This is supposed to be food for use in emergency situations. That may mean trying to read these labels by flashlight or firelight. I will be making new labels to mark these so they can be read. The printing on these should be at least twice the size it is.

I added the vegetables to soups and stews. They were delicious. I also tasted them straight out of the packages and they were surprisingly delicious, too. Just got the second bucket because we almost went through the first bucket because they were so convenient to add to soups and stews. Great product, we're very satisfied.
