Instructions:

Open: Open can and discard oxygen absorber.
For one egg equivalent, mix 2 1/2 tbsp. whole egg powder and 2 1/2 tbsp. of warm water.
Cook as desired.

If using with other dry ingredients reconstituting is not necessary. Just add to other dry ingredients and increase the liquids by the required amount.

Worked okay in the first recipe that I tried (Egg-Cheese-Ham-Vegetable Bake). Recipe turned out sort of dry compared to when made previously with real eggs or liquid eggs in carton. I'll keep working on recipe--maybe add a bit of half and half to make eggs more creamy in this recipe.
